Moving between hotels later in your trip? The standard next-day courier is the classic Japan move. One warning: miss the morning counter cutoff and same-day is off the table, so on tight schedules send your bags the day before.

Good to know

Airport counters add a small surcharge on top of base rates, and the earliest cutoffs apply at the budget terminal. Oversized bags cost more — check the size bands named in the claims above.
